  • CROSSFIT

    Wellbeing HQ is an affiliated CrossFit Gym, registered under

    CrossFit Wellbeing

    Our programming is powered by Starr Strength and Performance and follows the CrossFit methodology of Constantly Varied, High-Intensity, Functional Movement Exercise. This involves skill-based movements such as olympic lifts, HSPU and kipping gymnastics exercises.

    This program is most suitable for members who are performance-focused, want to maximise strength and power with a barbell, and want to build their capacity to complete dynamic workouts faster.

  • FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

    Powered by Starr Strength and Performance, this program allows members to focus on strength, capacity and body composition without the additional complexity of weightlifting and gymnastics skills that is included in the CrossFit program.

    This program is most suitable for members who are less interested in the technical movements and are more interested in getting a solid strength and conditioning workout that will enhance body composition while also building great general capacity and functional strength.

  • BARBELL CLUB

    Each week our expert Coaches take you through the fundamental movements, technique drills and accessory work to improve your olympic lifting and bar cycling efficiency and capacity.

    The Olympic Lifts (the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch) are complex movements worth mastering for huge rewards. They provide a huge stimulus for the body, creating great strength, body composition and neurological benefits. There is no other form of training that elicits the benefits of these two movements, due to the complexity and explosiveness required.

  • SKILLS

    Need to refine or work on specific core CrossFit skills, learn how to progress to more advanced levels or try out new exercises in a controlled environment? Then our skills class is built for you.

    Our coaches guide you through various different exercises, teaching you the fundamentals, the different levels of progressions, how to optimise movement patterns and sharing all the secrets!

    We cover all gymnastic exercises from pull-ups, handstand push ups and toes-to-bar to other common exercises including double unders and rowing!

It is motivating to be surrounded by dedicated, like-minded individuals. It doesn't get much more empowering than a class with an experienced coach and supportive everyday athletes all working hard together. Group training is a great way to help motivate yourself and others to dig deeper and push harder. When you mix upbeat music, a great workout and a group of people motivating each other, the rewards of getting fitter suddenly become enjoyable and never a chore!

Traditional gyms can not offer you the team sport feeling you get from our group classes.
